We ask all new clients to read this carefully before commencing sessions

Key Information

Session Fees and Payments

  • Sessions are invoiced weekly and payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being issued.

  • Payments can be made via direct bank transfer or Stripe.

  • A $20 late payment fee applies to invoices that remain unpaid 14 days after their due date. Services may be paused while an account remains overdue.

  • Term bookings are based on a 10-week term aligned with NSW school terms. If a student is withdrawn mid-term, 50% of the remaining scheduled session fees are payable.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions

  • By enrolling in our service, you reserve a place in a scheduled program for the school term. Because places are limited and students are carefully matched by learning needs, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up.

  • Cancellations with:

    • At least 8 hours’ notice: 50% fee

    • Less than 8 hours’ notice or no notice: Full fee

  • If we need to cancel, you won’t be charged and we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Progress and Communication

  • Progress updates are provided upon request or when appropriate.

Assessment and Reporting

  • An initial screener is often conducted before commencing literacy intervention sessions.

  • Progress reports are provided upon request or when appropriate.

Locations and Safety

  • Sessions are provided in-clinic or online.

  • A parent or responsible adult must be present in the home during online sessions.

  • The in-clinic space uses camera monitoring for safety and transparency.

Materials and Intellectual Property

  • All learning resources created by Jess Manton SES remain our intellectual property and may not be published or distributed without written permission.

Photos and Observations

  • Session photos or videos may be used for promotional or training purposes.

  • Parents can opt out at any time by contacting us in writing.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email.
