We’re committed to working with families in a way that’s respectful, professional, and transparent. This Terms of Service outlines how we operate, what families can expect from us, and how we’ll work together to support your child’s learning.

Key Information

Session Fees and Payments

• Sessions are billed on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) basis and payment is due within 7 days of the invoice.

• Payments can be made via direct bank transfer, Stripe, or Tap and Go in-clinic.

• If more than two invoices become overdue, services may be paused until a resolution is reached.

• Term bookings are based on a 10-week term aligned with NSW school terms. If sessions are withdrawn mid-term, 50% of the remaining term's fees are still payable.
   

Cancellations and Missed Sessions

• One cancellation per term is permitted. After that, full fees apply for missed sessions.

• Cancellations with:

  • 48+ hours notice: No charge

  • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% fee

  • Less than 8 hours notice or no notice: Full fee

• If we need to cancel, you won’t be charged and we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
   

Assessment and Reporting

• An initial diagnostic assessment is often conducted before commencing sessions.

• Progress reports are provided upon request or when appropriate.
   

Locations and Safety

• Sessions may take place in-clinic, online, at home, or occasionally in school, depending on arrangement.

• A parent or responsible adult must be present for sessions held at home or online.

• The in-clinic space uses camera monitoring for safety and transparency.
   

Materials and Intellectual Property

• All learning resources used in sessions remain the property of Jess Manton SES and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
   

Photos and Observations

• Session photos or videos may be used for promotional or training purposes.

• Parents can opt out at any time by contacting us in writing.

• Professionals (e.g. teachers or therapists) may observe sessions if agreed upon by the family.
   

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally. Any updates will be shared via email.
